Our Beginning

Our history dates back to 1964, when JT Salem founded Bunny “B” Sauerkraut Balls & Ice Company.

In 1993 the business was purchased name changed to Or Derv’s. As the sauerkraut business continued to grow, capabilities expanded to the foodservice and retail markets with the capability to co-pack and produce custom items for every market segment.

In 2015 Or Derv Foods, LLC changed the name of the business to Ascot Valley Foods, LLC to better portray the growth and capabilities of the business.
